Associate HR - Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for employee documentation, driving engagement initiatives and overseeing other tasks to ensure smooth HR operations. Work Scope:

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, or related field
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of HR Operations experience
  • Familiarity with HRMS systems used in technical roles, IT/SaaS companies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to stay updated on industry trends

Nice to Have

  • A strong sense of communication and employee engagement
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Should Not Have

  • A "checklist" mindset; this role requires initiative and adaptability.
  • A lack of attention to detail or a weak understanding of HR fundamentals.
  • An overreliance on supervision; the role values independence and ownership.
