Must Have
Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, or related field
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of HR Operations experience
Familiarity with HRMS systems used in technical roles, IT/SaaS companies
Strong communication and organizational skills
A proactive attitude and eagerness to stay updated on industry trends
Nice to Have
A strong sense of communication and employee engagement
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
